Preparing for 2014 Oklahoma State Fair

So it has been a long time since I have done any blogging.  I HAVE BEEN BUSY!  I have had too many to count request to write a cook book in my I think that word is spare time,  I am not real sure what that is and I am going to have to look it up in the dictionary.   So last night I went to Sam's and bought them out trying to get ready for this go around.  I have a new kitchen set up and I can't wait to get there and get it up.  
On Friday we are having spaghetti.   First,  PAM the crock pot so your stuff doesn't stick to the bottom. 

  1. Put one Jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice in the bottom of the crock pot
  2. Add meat of your choice ( I use hamburger and sausage) 
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan
  4. Chunk up Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  5. Break uncooked noodles in half and put on top of that
  6. Add another jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice
  7. Top off with a bag of frozen meat balls
  8. Cook on high for 3 hours
  9. After 3 hours stir good (it will be thick) and add more sauce and some chicken broth to thin it out 
 Saturday we are having Chili Dog Casserole.  Let PAM be your friend!!!!!

  1. Tear up tortilla's and  place in the bottom of the crock pot
  2. Add chili of your choice
  3. Chop up hot dog's of your choice (I buy them by the pound) add them on top of the chili 
  4. Add LOT'S of cheese 
  5. Continue to layer until the pot if full
  6. Cook on high for 4 hours 
Saturday night prepare for Sunday morning feast.  PAM I love you!!!!!!

  1. Put dried hash browns from Sam's in the bottom
  2. Add Blue and Gold sausage 
  3. Add Cheese
  4. Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese Onion and Chives
  5. Start that layer over
  6. In separate bowl mix up 1 1/2 dozen eggs add salt and pepper and garlic salt 
  7. Pour over the layers slow while someone is poking holes to the bottom of the crock pot
  8. Cover and turn to warm.  Go to the hotel and get a little sleep 
Sunday Morning Feast.  Get to the barn and BAM, breakfast is done get a tortilla and some picante sauce and your have a breakfast burrito.  

Have a waffle maker?  Take several cans of Wal-Mart brand cinnamon rolls and put one in each quarter cook for about 2 min.  Take out and put icing on and you just became a rock star mom.  


And then after the clean up get lunch started.  PAM, PAM AND MORE PAM!!!!!! It is Pizza Time  Crowd FAV

  1.  Open your can of crescent rolls and spread a few in the bottom of the pot
  2. Cover with pizza sauce of your choice
  3. Add hamburger, sausage and pepperoni
  4. Add LOT'S of cheese
  5. Add Parmesan
  6. Continue to layer!!!!!
  7. Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours
