From pulling baby pigs for a friend to making meals for my family, I have been feeling a little domesticated lately. So after making all of the lasagna I decided that prepping meatloaf and freezing it would be a hit as well. I got out 8lbs of hamburger ( joys of butchering meat) and put it in the sink and filled it with hot water and let the meat thaw. It took about an hour, just enough time to fold all of the laundry. I am REALLY not a recipe person so I really had to think about how to do this. The ingredients I used were Garlic/Parsley Salt, Lemon Zest Season Salt, 2 cups Worcester Sauce, 4 eggs, 3 sleeves of crackers of your choice and a big squirt of Ketchup. I mixed that up real good and filled my loaf pan. I wrote on my my foil the directions and put them in the foil and then straight into the freezer. Now off to work on my floors and yes of course I will post about that too.
