What are your favorite show barn breakfasts?
Okay show moms, we are quickly approaching the Super Bowl of all show and I am looking to change up breakfast a bit. I typically do the same thing over and over again and it is getting a bit redundant.
A typical morning in the barn, at Louisville KY. usually begins at 6 A.M., so while the kids are feeding, watering and exercising, I am busy getting breakfast prepared. Protein is the main priority. Feeding my big ol' boys and their big ol' friends requires more then a sugary breakfast can provide. Biscuits and gravy is always a must simply because we have lots of friends from out of state who only get to experience Blue and Gold sausage once or twice a year and I might get disowned if that was not on the menu. For those of you who don't know what Blue and Gold is well you are simply missing out. Every year the FFA kids sell Blue and Gold for their yearly fund raiser. The kids are able to make sales calls and deliveries which are teaching them vital life skills for the well being of their future as well as getting an excellent Made in Oklahoma product.

Okay show mom's I am putting it out there for you to give me some new ideas to try. Also, keep in mind, I am usually feeding roughly 30-40 people.
And GO!!!!!
